brought the kids from SCAS to the science centre ytd for children's day.
the number of volunteers + kids there were freaking overwhelming.
and there were alot of wheelies this time.
the kids we were put incharge of were aged 8 - 16.
i was panicking cux the gifts i got for my kid and 7 others were like colouring books and pencils.
but it turned out ok. cuz my kid, though being 17, still likes to colour. =)
haha.

the thing that really surprised me was the sense of humour they had.
albany, vicki, yong shin, ji bin and i were in class 6A.
the kids' personality shone through like a light in a dark room.
alana and syafiqa were hilarious when it came to dealing with kara.
and they have facebook and msn. so cool.
my kid kara's taking her psle this year.
and according to her, because she only has brothers, she's the QUEEN at home, being the, i quote, "rose among the thorns" LOL.

after the science centre.
we had the first maxar gathering at dan's.
his mum is super nice.
and the bbq was ok afterall. whew.
my first time organizing everything.
ian got his bday celebrated for the THIRD time.
and this time they got him drunk.
i think.
haha
left earlier cuz i got really bad cramps.
